How quickly can you come out for a repair?
We offer same-day service for many common repairs, especially for urgent issues like storm damage. For larger projects like a full rescreening, we can typically schedule an on-site consultation within 1-3 business days.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
For most exterior work, such as screen repairs on a pool cage or lanai, you do not need to be home. We can assess the project and send you a detailed quote via email. For custom projects or interior work, an in-person consultation is recommended.
What information should I have ready when I call?
It’s helpful to know the approximate dimensions of the area you need serviced and to be able to describe the issue in detail. Taking a few photos of the damage with your phone is also extremely helpful and can be emailed to our quotes department.
